Difference is you make healthy chapos! Use wholewheat flour mixed with boiled and mashed pumpkin and to cook you can use either olive/sunflower oil. Mu...Woishe pole but get your ass back on the wagon. Muesli is good but eating the same thing every morning can be a bit bleh.... Why don't you try alternating with oats (Instead of milk do water with raisins n nuts) or a boiled egg with tomatoes in the morning.<br /><br />By the way I just discovered your blog and am loving it.
